You need to get him to an exotic vet asap as the likely thing to have happened from a bad chill is an respiratory infection, crusty eyes is a dead give away for URI.It sounds as though i could have gone into pneumonia already and that is very serious when it does that an needs vet intervention, he needs to be on antibiotics so he has a chance of making it.URI'S are very hard on guinea pigs and kill more of them than any other illness so please get him to an exotic vet right now do not wait or you will loose him.
