My belly ring is screwed on too tight and I cant get it out!?

If the bar is stainless steal and hasnt been used before its always a bit tough to unscrew. I find the best way is to wear rubber gloves while unscrewing the bar as it gives more grip and should loosen itself alot. If this doesnt work go back to the place u got it pierced and they will put it on a little looser for u. Gdluck
