Stool really dark green and almost like a sand looking texture. Been sick with sinuses and took pepto?

I have been sick with sinuses and took some pepto bismol due to the drainage giving me an upset stomach. On the bottle it says may turn stool dark but why does my stool look like a pile of sand? it doesn't smell either. I haven't eaten anything since I've been sick the past 3 days though either.
