NCAA Football 12 or Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2?

On Tuesday, July 12th these two games are coming out. I love football games,and this installment looks great. And i know most of the HP games suck, but this one looks half way decent, and its the last one based on the series. So which one should i get. I have thoroughly checked out all the details and gameplay. Im ganna wait for reviews to make my final decision, i just wanna know what you guys would pick.
