Where can I get my Permanent Make-up?

I am looking for somewhere in the Daytona or Orlando area where I can get permanent make-up done. The only places I have found that actually tell you prices and look good are in other states. I need to know ahead of time what the pricing will be especially if it is out of my area. I don't want to drive 3 hours to go to a consultation and find out its overpriced. I am looking for permanent eyeliner and eyebrow coloring. Can anyone help me?
