nasim you are well known that how to hide profile,Q AND Answers on yahoo, but dont know how to ask ,any ways---now you have resigned so you have to serve one month notice ,you need to buy your own ticket to go home ,there will be 6 month ban on you therefore you will not be able to come on working but on visit visa,looks that you had fight/argument with company so may be the ban can go up to one year,lastly they might take the visa expense also from your final settlement,so as always H says-----find an amicable solution----------cheers(reaching 4000)
