Good Spot to take Picture with L.A Skyling Background?

I live in L.A. and the best place, HANDS DOWN, for what you want is the lookout on Mullholland Drive. Take the 101 freeway from downtown going north and take the exit for Barham Blvd/Burbank which will put you on Cahuenga (sounds confusing but all you're doing is going up and over the freeway right here) then an immediate right on Lakeridge place, then right on Mullholland (if you look on a map you'll see this is just a quick loop over the freeway) follow Mullholland uphill for about 10th of a mile and you'll see it on your left. Not a lot of parking here so be paitient for others to pull out. It's perfect!
