Nose inFEction from nose piering.. helpp!?

Well....i got my nose pierced like 2 months ago. and my nose didnt ven heal yet....and there is a big lump..i cant figure out..itz beside or around it..... to heal it i am using wet table salt cotten and puting it on da lump. and i am also using neospirin, which helps dry ur skin. but wen i put the salt water my nose lump starts to bleed and puss comes out of it. and i dont have a stud, i have a thread with 3 beads. the reason i dont have a stud is because, first my stud got stuck in my nose so the doctor, took it out from the inside of my nostrils, and then my mom put the thread with the nedle i dont know what to do, my mom is saying that it is meat(gosh) tht will neva go awway, but my auntz r saying no itz not, but i am thinkin itz infection. i dont know what to do, what to useto heal tht lump, please people, i need ur help ALOT! i hope DEsi people knowz alot becuz this goes on there evrday, i am desi too, and i hope MY PEOPLE can help me! plz help me. i want a cure at home.
