Are enhancement creams safe for teenagers?

First before I say anything please do not judge me. I am thinking about using a enhancement cream but i am not sure if it is safe if you are not an adult. My reason for wanting to do this is that everyone at school is always making fun of me so please do not say i should wait longer to see if they will grow more because people at my school can be harsh.
